Deductive Reasoning in One Paragraph
What is Deductive Reasoning?
The down and dirty of deductive reasoning is that this form of reasoning takes a premise and conclusion to the extreme. IF all the premises are true, then the conclusion MUST be true. If I say that: Crabs are crabby. Snappy is a crab. Therefore, Snappy is crabby. Then the truth that Snappy is crabby is irrefutable (whatever the element of crabby is supposed to be). Simply, deductive reasoning is only as strong as the reliability or truth of its premises. If it’s the case that Crabs aren’t really crabby, then the conclusion is false.
